This attorney did not do a good job for me! He even pulled out without even consulting me when things got tough. From the start he seems to have a problem with staying behind me, and helping me fight to get a trademark approval! He would complain to me about something not being right with the tradema...rk process, but was never willing to find out what was going on so instead he backed out and ran! He assure me that he could get my trademark approved and even boast about it in emails that I have proof of! He will only take your case if he thinks it will be easy, but again will not fight it gets rough! And, the really sad part is, he will not talk to you about it, he will just pull out and run without even consulting with you first! This is what happen to me and this is honest and real Very bad experience! I would not recommend him!

When you receive an "Office Action" notice from the USPTO, attorneys from all around the world contact you to "fix" your problem. I received such a notice and started to receive the emails. I quickly deleted ALL of them, until I received and read Gene's email. It seemed different. Then I reread it ag...ain. And based on that I called and talked to him. Based on that introductory call, I decided to hire Gene to prepare and provide the reply to the Office Action. I am very happy to report that not only was he successful in reversing the action to my benefit - but he is an interesting and engaging person that I will surely use in the future on any trademark, copyright or infringement case that may arise! I am having Gene help with my trademark application with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). I am impressed with his knowledge, quick response, and ability to get immediate results for my application! I originally filed my trademark application without legal assistance. The application w...as reviewed by the examining attorney from the USPTO and rejected due to several concerns. I had six months to file a response/rebuttal. A plethora of legal firms contacted me (including Gene) offering assistance. Gene was the only one who send an additional email that actually discussed the rejection reasons by the examining attorney of the USPTO. I agreed to put Gene on retainer. We crafted a response within a day, he filed it with the USPTO on my behalf, and a week later the examining attorney of the USPTO agreed with Gene's response, removed all of the rejected reasons, and allowed my trademark application to proceed to publication for potential opposition.

Gene reached out to our company to help us respond to a Trademark office action. I called him and we thoroughly discussed the issues we were facing. Gene was even willing to take the time to review our office action letter and explain how he intended to move forward with the response; some lawyers ...wouldn't talk to us before being retained. Not even a day after we retained Gene, did he send a draft of the response for our review. I'm an attorney myself, and was thoroughly impressed. Gene submitted the response two days later, and six days after that, our trademark was approved by the USPTO. Gene made was seemed like an impossible obstacle, a simple task.
