After I received a response from the USPTO that a similar trademark that already exists similar services. Instantly, I had dozens of attorneys reach out to me and I reached out to a few that I know. No one was able to provide detail information on a plan to win over the trademark. Some gave less than... a 20% chance. However, Gene reviewed both companies diligently and gave me step by step directions on how we can possibly win my companies name which we are trying to trademark. This attorney did not do a good job for me! He even pulled out without even consulting me when things got tough. From the start he seems to have a problem with staying behind me, and helping me fight to get a trademark approval! He would complain to me about something not being right with the tradema...rk process, but was never willing to find out what was going on so instead he backed out and ran! He assure me that he could get my trademark approved and even boast about it in emails that I have proof of! He will only take your case if he thinks it will be easy, but again will not fight it gets rough! And, the really sad part is, he will not talk to you about it, he will just pull out and run without even consulting with you first! This is what happen to me and this is honest and real Very bad experience! I would not recommend him!
