I am having Gene help with my trademark application with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). I am impressed with his knowledge, quick response, and ability to get immediate results for my application! I originally filed my trademark application without legal assistance. The application w...as reviewed by the examining attorney from the USPTO and rejected due to several concerns. I had six months to file a response/rebuttal. A plethora of legal firms contacted me (including Gene) offering assistance. Gene was the only one who send an additional email that actually discussed the rejection reasons by the examining attorney of the USPTO. I agreed to put Gene on retainer. We crafted a response within a day, he filed it with the USPTO on my behalf, and a week later the examining attorney of the USPTO agreed with Gene's response, removed all of the rejected reasons, and allowed my trademark application to proceed to publication for potential opposition.
