Biography
Nicole C. Bikakis handles Family Law matters for the firm, with a particular focus on high asset and high-income divorce cases and custody disputes. Attorney Bikakis joins Dolan Divorce Lawyers after working as an associate attorney at Saxe, Doernberger & Vita, P.C., in Trumbull Connecticut. In 2016, 2017 and 2018, Attorney Bikakis was selected as a New England Super Lawyers Rising Star in the area of Insurance Law.
Attorney Bikakis is a Connecticut native, but grew up in Athens, Greece before returning to Connecticut to obtain a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut, from which she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Attorney Bikakis subsequently received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was the Executive Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law. During law school, Attorney Bikakis also interned for the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, and at a law firm in Stamford, Connecticut focused on commercial law.
After graduating from law school, Attorney Bikakis served as a clerk in the Civil Division of the Connecticut Superior Court, where she gained valuable experience and contacts working on family cases and other civil matters. She then moved to Saxe, Doernberger & Vita, P.C., in 2014, before joining Dolan Divorce Lawyers in 2018.
