Nicole A Carnemolla

Nicole A. Carnemolla is a litigation attorney at Dolan Divorce Lawyers, where she represents clients in divorce, child custody, alimony, child support and other family law matters. Her practice includes complex financial and parenting disputes, including high-income and high-asset divorce cases. Attorney Carnemolla is known for her practical judgment, strategic advocacy, and ability to guide clients toward effective resolutions during some of the most difficult moments in their lives.

In addition to representing clients, Attorney Carnemolla serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in Connecticut family court matters. This work gives her a valuable perspective on custody disputes, parenting issues, and the way courts evaluate the best interests of children. Attorney Carnemolla earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she concentrated in family law and civil litigation. While in law school, she served as a Note Editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review and published a legal note focused on child advocacy in Connecticut family courts. She has also completed Connecticut AMC/GAL training and serves as an AMC/GAL in several judicial districts throughout the state, and co-chairs the Family Law Section of the New Haven County Bar Association.
