Biography
"Nicole C. Bikakis is the Managing Attorney at Dolan Divorce Lawyers. In that role, she oversees the firm’s
day-to-day operations and implements strategic firm initiatives. Attorney Bikakis represents clients in
family law matters, with a focus on mediation, collaborative divorce, and prenuptial agreements. She
works with individuals and families throughout Connecticut to help resolve complex personal matters with
practical guidance and a client-focused approach.
Since joining the firm in 2018, Attorney Bikakis has combined her leadership role within the firm with a
practice focused on helping clients resolve family law matters thoughtfully and constructively. As
Managing Attorney, she brings a broad understanding of divorce, custody, and financial issues to her
work, with particular emphasis on negotiated resolutions, mediation, collaborative divorce, and
agreements designed to reduce conflict and support families through transition.
Attorney Bikakis is actively involved in Connecticut’s non-adversarial divorce community. She serves on
the Board of the Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce, where she chairs the Professional
Development Committee, and participates in organizations dedicated to promoting constructive and
collaborative resolutions for families. She has also been recognized as a New England Super Lawyers
Rising Star each year since 2016.
