I hired Joseph Depaola to handle my divorce. What a mistake. He didn't listen that ALL I wanted was to keep my home and it in my business. There was a pretrial offer allowing me to stay in my home. I WAS ALL FOR IT. He said no, we could do better - he meant HE COULD GET MORE MONEY out of me if i...t went to trial. It did and I LOST EVERYTHING, MY HOME, MY BUSINESS, MY FAMILY, EVEN MY CAT. He was MORE THAN Greedy wanting to fo after my 401K after he depleted my bank account. I am on disability and got only enough money to buy a tiny house. He did NOT keep my best interest in mind. I would have been better off not having an attorney. RUN, DON'T CONSULT WITH JOE.

I hired Joseph to for the process of marriage separation. While my preference was to get an Annulment, Joseph was straightforward enough to warn me that those situations do not occur very often and are unlikely. Either way, I appreciated his honesty and word, and I decided to continue working with Jo...e (under the impression that I would get a divorce as an alternative). As luck would have it, thanks to Joe's expert advice, guidance and counsel, when our matter went into court, we were rewarded with having our marriage annulled (instead of a divorce). This was of great importance to me and my former spouse, so we greatly appreciated Joseph's help - I would hire him again if ever need be!
