This lawyer failed to abide by on-line statement of free initial consultation. Instead I was charged full fee. I was concerned when noting how excessively disorganized his office and desk were and with good reason. After spending considerable time completing a financial affidavit together, the att...orney failed to forward it to the opposing attorney> other financial information provided were also not forwarded leading to a complaint being filed by the other attorney. When informed that I was planning to terminate with him, I was given a bill of approximately $1950 for 3 email correspondences with the other attorney (given that the initial meeting was supposed to be free). After threatening to file a complaint, this attorney initiated bargaining with me for a fee. In the end he did not even honor that agreed prices and instead issued a refund check over $100 less than promised. There was nothing he did that would be considered good service or professional in any way. He is clearly not interested in his clients, rather his wallet. I would definitely go elsewhere if you want to be well represented.
