While my preference was to get an Annulment, Joseph was straightforward enough to warn me that those situations do not occur very often and are unlikely. As luck would have it, thanks to Joe's expert advice, guidance and counsel, when our matter went into court, we were rewarded with having our marriage annulled (instead of a divorce).
