I am honored and privileged to write a review for my lawyer Jim Nugent. I was referred to Jim Nugent by my real estate lawyer. I was in a very serious car accident. I was hit head-on by a young man who crossed the double yellow line. I was hurt, injured, hospitalized and my car was totaled. I was rec...eiving medical bills that I did not know how I was going to pay. I was missing work due to my injuries. Before this car accident, I had only dealt with one lawyer in my life and that was when my husband and I bought a house. I called my real estate lawyer who told me he fully trusted Jim Nugent to handle my car accident case. My real estate lawyer told me he specializes in real estate and could not do as good a job as Jim Nugent would do. He told me he has referred many dozens of potential personal injury clients to Jim but that Jim only takes certain cases. He told me to call Jim directly and hope for the best that Jim would take my case. I followed his advice and contacted Jim Nugent. I was impressed with the immediate attention I received from Jim. I accepted his offer to get in his car and come to meet me. This was a huge help since I was still having difficulty getting around, and had no car of my own. Jim demanded the entire limits of his insurance policy - which was a substantial amount of money. I never thought Jim would be able to get the insurance company to pay all that money - but I'm happy he worked his magic and did just that!
