It was an honor to represent WWII veteran Herb Shook. It was an uphill battle on liability. Herb was amazing. I thank the jury for seeing the truth and vindicating Herb - he cried tears of joy when the ... jury found he did not run the red light. He deserves every penny of the jury award.
