10 out of 10, I highly recommend Attorney Nugent!

Attorney Jim and his wife, Attorney Julia, were a dynamic duo. I had been involved in a MVA case once before and the experience was less than ideal which made me worried and a bit hopeless about the case that I went to Jim for. From our first meeting, Jim explained everything to me in terms I could e...asily understand and he as well as his paralegal Michael were always very responsive when I had questions both during and outside of our set meetings. Furthermore, Jim had a very personable approach and took time to understand the full picture of me and my case. Jim never over promised or gave any inflated predictions about how things would go, he was transparent throughout the entire process which was very important to me (as an Attorney myself I deeply appreciate when people give it to me straight). That said, he was able to get me far more than I was expecting for my case. He even gave me helpful information on an personal legal inquiry that was unrelated to the case at hand. I have and will continue to recommend his services to any of my family and friends.

REAR-END ACCIDENT CLAIM AGAINST INSURER OF AUTO THAT HIT ME, AS WELL AS MY OWN INSURER FOR UNDER INSURED MOTORIST CLAIMS

I WAS FORTUNATE TO FIND AND SELECT ATTORNEY JAMES J. NUGENT AFTER BEING THE VICTIM OF A REAR-END COLLISION THAT TOTALED MY AUTO. ATTORNEY NUGENT AND HIS STAFF WERE TRULY AMAZING IN THEIR DILIGENCE IN THE PROCESS OF CLAIMS AGAINST THE INSURER OF PERSON WHO HIT ME, AS WELL AS MY OWN INSURER FOR CLAIMS... OF AN UNDER INSURED PARTY. AFTER A LONG 40 MONTH PROCESS THAT WAS MOVING FORWARD TO TRIAL ATTORNEY NUGENT WAS ABLE TO GAIN FULL DAMAGES FROM THE PARTY THAT HIT ME, PLUS AN UNDISCLOSED AMOUNT FROM MY OWN INSURER. BOTTOM LINE IS THAT ATTORNEY NUGENT AND HIS STAFF WERE TOTALLY ON TOP OF THIS CASE OVER THE EXTENDED PERIOD, ALWAYS KEEPING ME INFORMED AS TO PROGRESS. THEY OVERCAME SIGNIFICANT HURDLES RELATED TO MY MEDICAL RECORDS. THEIR THOROUGHNESS OF RESEARCH WAS TRULY IMPRESSIVE. ATTORNEY NUGENT IS A "DOWN-TO-EARTH" INDIVIDUAL. AND WHEN RESULTS COUNT, HE AND HIS STAFF DELIVERED WELL BEYOND ANYTHING I COULD HAVE EXPECTED.

I was grateful to have been refered to James Nugent during a stressful lawsuit. He educated me on legal issues, informed me on legal process, advised me regarding proceedings, & protected and supported me during this time. I felt comfortable that James Nugent had my best interests in mind and that ...he kept me informed regularly.
