I would like to start off by saying I am forever grateful to Cara for everything she has done. I walked into her office about 10 months ago seeking a full pardon from the state of Connecticut she took on my case walked me through every step it was gonna take to make this happen. She reassured me thro...ughout the whole process that this was going to work and that I was deserving of this pardon. Today I was granted an absolute pardon by the state of Connecticut I could not have done it without her help myself and my family will be forever grateful

I first came in contact with Cara Cavallari following a prolonged period of inaction by my previous attorney. Like many of us that find ourselves needing legal representation, I thought an attorney with many years of experience would handle my case efficiently and deliver the best possible outcome.... Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the court in my area was significantly overwhelmed with a backlog of cases. In addition to my legal issues, I was also subject to review and pressure from my academic institution. My case was continuously delayed. I was told to "Sit tight," by my previous attorney. After 4 months of inaction I had enough. After contacting attorney Cavallari, it was a night and day difference. First, she recognized that this was a difficult time for me as I faced a legal case that could jeopardize my future professional career and was further complicated by the review board process at my academic institution. Second, she outlined a plan to get case handled in a timely manner, including filing motions, meeting with the state attorney office, and the family services office. I met with her on a Friday, by Monday morning my court date was moved from 3 months away to the following week. At that court date (which I did not have to attend), my case was a nollied. In addition, attorney Cavallari (who specializes in criminal defense), handled the legal discussion with the review board of the academic institution. Because this isn't her area of expertise, she researched, consulted other attorneys, and went into the meeting prepared. As a result, I did not have to hire an additional attorney and both my legal and institutional issues were reconciled. To be honest, I could not be happier with the result. My only regret is not finding her sooner. Attorney Cavallari has demonstrated profound determination, creativity, and effectiveness while representing me during this case. I hopefully will not require her services in the future, but if I do, I will not hesitate to hire her again. I got into a an issue with law during the start of Covud.at my age I was bewildered and depressed about the high possibility of doing prison time . A friend. Recommended Cara to me and I must say I owe him a beer everytime we meet . I was on GPS device and things looked grim .Cara showed me how to m...ake charge of my situation and control the narrative by singing up for different programs prior to my court date . On my court date the judge took great consideration for what work I was doing prior. Cara was able to show the court that I was not a threat to society and my GPS was removed .That was only the start . Not only was it removed but she was able to convince the court that no prison time was needed and she was able to get me into a program that is rare for someone with the severity of the charges I had. Long Story short, once I complete the course , in years date if I have no further issues with the law. I will have NO criminal record. Amazing Results
