Cara Therese Cavallari

I was facing charges that carry serious mandatory minimum sentences, we're talking up to 10 years in prison. Cara was extremely communicative, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process. Any questions that my family or I had were answered and our concerns were addressed. Within... the first day of mitigation with the state, after being presented with the defensive arguments and evidence from Cara, I went from facing 10 years to 1. After a final deliberation with the state a deal was made for no jail time and a less severe felony sentence. I'm now on probation and am able to take the next steps to move forward with my life as a free man! I'm beyond grateful and satisfied with the quality representation that Cara provided me. I'm certainly not planning to ever have to be in court again but, if I ever find myself in a tough spot I would have Cara represent me again.

Obviously this is a business arrangement b...ut knowing that I was facing this ardous,uphill battle completely alone,Attorney Cavallari invited me to the company XMAS party!!!!!A compassionate,thoughtful gesture that will NEVER be forgotten!!!!Ok ok ok...Enough with the platitudes...YOU WANT FACTS!!! I was one of nine co-defendants.I was charged with five felonies and five misdemeanors. I walked out of court with two years probation and 25 hours of community service.One other co-defendant received probation but he had just 2 felony charges!!!
