Excellent

Attorney James F. Aspell, P.C. Came highly recommended & I am very pleased with his review process & he represented me promptly & is highly qualified attorney for a issue I had. To bad I did not retained Attorney Aspell at the time of my initial claim & I am more than sure with his expertise the out come would had been much different than the representation I had with Attorney Sara Cohen & Attorney Andrew Cates. Again I have high respect & regards for Attorney Aspell.

W/Comp Claim

Had I not found Attorney Aspell I would never have received what I was entitled to for my W/C case. I got so tired of the runaround I was getting trying to deal with my companies insurance company and approval for seeking medical attention, that I had to resort to getting an attorney to assist me. I struck gold when finding an Expert, Attorney Aspell! Attorney Aspell paved the way for me to get the medical attention I needed. The greatest surprise was that I never knew that I was entitled to compensation for my injury! Attorney Aspell handled all aspects of my case which lead to my receiving a financial settlement. Lastly, with Jim and his legal assist Lindsey, you develop a personal relationship that I never expected from a law firm. Calls get answered, questions get answered, and you are never made to feel uncomfortable asking even what might be a dumb question. I hated being injured, not happy that I will have long term physical issues. However, I got the satisfaction of being compensated due to Attorney Aspell! Thanks again, Jim & Lindsey!!

Worker's Compensation

I had a serious back injury while working for the gas company. Until I hired Jim I was getting the run around. My medical bills were unpaid and I was not able to see a doctor. Within weeks he and his paralegal cleaned the mess up and was eventually able to negotiate a good settlement that allowed me to move on with my life. I would highly recommend this office They know what they are doing and are able to move the dial in Connecticut worker's comp claims.

Excellent Service and Professionalism

Difficult

I went to Jim on the recommendation of a friend, and was glad I did. He took on my case which was old, and complicated because of multiple injuries. I got my settlement and he also did my disability application(got it first try). Lindsay his para-legal is kind, patient and knowledgable. They are a great team to have on your side.

Worker's Compensation

Work Comp Case

I was injured at work. I hired Aspell who got me a decent doctor, lost wages, and a PPD rating. I was able to settle my case for $80,000.00 which allowed me to start a new career. Aspell knows the players in comp and knows how to negotiate a settlement. He is a very good work comp lawyer and a nice guy to deal with.

Worker's Compensation Claim

I have a claim against Hartford Hospital for my back injury. Mr. Aspell got me paid and I was able to get my surgery paid for. I was not able to go back to my job as a nurse because of my injury but Mr. Aspell was able to get me a good settlement for me and arranged for me to get job retraining. His assistant, Lindsey, is awesome too. I recommend him for your work injury.

Excellent Worker's Comp Lawyer

I had a highly contested matter from my old job at Pratt and Whitney. He came in, cleaned up the mess I made of my case, and got me $150,000 to close it out. I am amazed.

Before I knew it $41,000 had been direct deposited into my bank account

Hired Mr. Aspell for a Social Security Disability matter. I never had to go to court. before I knew it, he had won the case and my back payments were direct deposited into my account. I dont now how he did it but the case was won and done in less than 6 months. Thank you!

Got it done for me twice

I have used Mr. Aspell for 2 car crashes so far. He has done a fine job both times. 1 settled and one we saw the jury and won fine.

Worker's Compensation Matter

I have used Mr. Aspell for two worker's comp cases and a car accident. He is very personable and nice. He does not talk down to me and tells me my options. He has been able to get me money in all of my cases. I like him and think he is a good lawyer and a good man
