The whole team, along with Mark and Attorney Fox, were excellent understanding, and so helpful! I was hoping to at least save the points on my insurance and pay the ticket but luckily they were able to get everything DROPPED altogether! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone :)

Ticket Dismissed

Attorney Chadwick did a great job at representing me for a traffic ticket. He stayed on top of the court date the was postponed and was aware of the changes. He kept me informed along the way, and he was very responsive when I reached out to him.

Speeding Ticket Thrown Out

I was very happy with Chadwick Law. I hired them for a speeding ticket in Vermont. I filled out a form and provided a couple documents and then they took care of the rest. They did my telephone hearing for me and then let me know my ticket had been dismissed. It doesn't get any better than that!

Highly recommend - no points, no fine result!

I received a speeding ticket on a rural VT road due to the constant changes in speed limit and irregular signage (i.e. from 30 to 40 to 50 mph and then immediately back to 30 mph). As I am from out of state, I searched for a traffic lawyer and saw the consistent high ratings for Chadwick & Spensley PLLC. After an initial touchpoint and submission of a bit of paper, Attorney Chadwick took over from there and the office was responsive with any questions I had throughout. The result was a complete dismissal of the ticket--no points and no fine! I am deeply grateful for the support, the peace of mind and comfort (living 5+ hours away), and, of course, the ideal result. Highly recommend!

Professional, Responsive, Effective

Evan was hired to represent my daughter for a speeding ticket while traveling in Vermont from college to come home to Maine over February break. Evan was professional, courteous and well informed to assist. All responses were timely for any questions we had and the speeding ticket was dismissed. At all times we were kept informed of case progress. Speeding Ticket Dismissed

SO PLEASED

I am a mail carrier and an excessive speeding charge could have got me disqualified as a driver. I put my livelihood in the hands of Chad and Robb, and they did not disappoint! Whereas I had been in constant contact with Rob, might I add affable, knowledgeable, quick responses, Chad Got both tickets thrown out- the best money I have spent in a long time if not ever! Just b/c you speed doesn’t make you a bad person

And now it doesn’t have to cost you your freedom to drive! Seriously tho, I have found Evan Chadwick to be incredibly helpful in reducing the effects of that momentary lapse in judgement without making you feel like a pariah. He is a skilled and gracious attorney with reasonable fees. The system is rigged but he gets the job done. A+

Highly Recommend

I got a speeding ticket last July and I live out of state so I was worried about being able to fight it from the other side of the country. Evan was very clear over the phone how he might be able to help and that the firm could handle everything including in-person court appearance on my behalf. Which they did, all while being very responsive to my emails and questions along the way, and they were able to get the violation dismissed. Evan is an outstanding Lawyer

Evan Chadwick is an exceptional lawyer. In August of last year I was charged with careless and negligent operation of a vehicle and he was able to get the charged completely dismissed. In that moment I was extremely worried however Evan reassured me the whole time and kept me updated with was what going on. He is an extremely honest individual and it shows that he actually cares about his clients; which is something that`s priceless in a situation like the one I had. I really couldn't thank him enough he did such an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone!

Very satisfied with the experience and results
