Evan was hired to represent my daughter for a speeding ticket while traveling in Vermont from college to come home to Maine over February break. I was charged with speeding 55 in a 30 zone, It was just after leaving a restricted speed zone where there was construction and all traffic was going 10-15 mph which was in the center of Wallingford, then we exited the restricted area and the road opened up with no residences or buildings on either s...ide and I picked up speed and was pullled over just in front of a 40mph sign. They said I was doing 55 mph, could not have been more than 40 mph. I have a clean driving record going back 40 yrs. went to Vermont to enjoy the foliage not to speed. Mr Chadwick's office did a great job representing me and obtaining a dismissal of my ticket with no fine, which I did not deserve.
