Both Evan Chadwick and Johnathan Bratton were very helpful in a recent traffic violation dispute. Johnathan made the intake process extremely easy and with Attorney Chadwick's representation, he was able to reduce a supposed speeding violation to a parking ticket. I was charged with speeding 55 in a 30 zone, It was just after leaving a restricted speed zone where there was construction and all traffic was going 10-15 mph which was in the center of Wallingford, then we exited the restricted area and the road opened up with no residences or buildings on either s...ide and I picked up speed and was pullled over just in front of a 40mph sign. They said I was doing 55 mph, could not have been more than 40 mph. I have a clean driving record going back 40 yrs. went to Vermont to enjoy the foliage not to speed. Mr Chadwick's office did a great job representing me and obtaining a dismissal of my ticket with no fine, which I did not deserve. I was in a bad accident in Vermont 1.5 months ago and was issued a traffic violation. I live in Florida, to appear in court, etc was not an option for me.
