Sandra recently conducted a bankruptcy filing for me. When I first met with her she was extremely knowledgeable about the procedure and answered all my questions and concerns completely. As the process was underway she send me notifications as needed and made sure I was aware of all that would be required of me and how the actual hearing would go. I had talked to another lawyer in the area previously and was "shopping around", but as soon as I talked to Sandra I knew that was the best choice without looking any further, and I was right! I can't imagine having to seek legal counsel is ever a good thing, and it certainly wasn't in my case. After our initial consult I was a little uncertain because it was clear that while this meeting was a very big deal in my life, and scary, Sandra at first seemed a bit disconnected. I left a little uneasy, but since I also understood that we met on a weekend so she came in the office to meet with me and that while this was my only time dealing with the idea of a bankruptcy, she'd handled many so it was mostly from rote memory for her. While starting the process, she was very informative and I definitely felt better about the entire situation and was confident I was in good hands. Sandra was completely responsive and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly without making me feel ignorant for asking. The day of the creditors meeting I was a nervous wreck, but Sandra, with her calm, cool and collected demeanor, made it much easier that I expected. Again, following the meeting and for the rest of the process, she was totally receptive to my questions and responded very quickly to all inquiries. While I obviously prefer to never need a lawyer again, if I ever do, I'd definitely come back to Sandra Kuhn.

I retained Sandra Kuhn to represent me and paid $800 to a $1,200 fee. I contacted her twice via telephone and both times she was extremely rude, but the last time was horrific. I sent her a certified letter asking her to refund my money which she ignored. Those of you looking for an attorney that will treat you with respect and not ad to the injury, look elsewhere.
