I can't imagine having to seek legal counsel is ever a good thing, and it certainly wasn't in my case. After our initial consult I was a little uncertain because it was clear that while this meeting was a very big deal in my life, and scary, Sandra at first seemed a bit disconnected. I left a little... uneasy, but since I also understood that we met on a weekend so she came in the office to meet with me and that while this was my only time dealing with the idea of a bankruptcy, she'd handled many so it was mostly from rote memory for her. While starting the process, she was very informative and I definitely felt better about the entire situation and was confident I was in good hands. Sandra was completely responsive and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly without making me feel ignorant for asking. The day of the creditors meeting I was a nervous wreck, but Sandra, with her calm, cool and collected demeanor, made it much easier that I expected. Again, following the meeting and for the rest of the process, she was totally receptive to my questions and responded very quickly to all inquiries. While I obviously prefer to never need a lawyer again, if I ever do, I'd definitely come back to Sandra Kuhn.

In 2015 , went to meet Ms. Kuhn for Appt. Re: my neglectful mortgage comp. She advised I'd need to file bankruptcy & had a law suit against the bank. She wasn't direct & vague. I had no knowledge of any of this . Just that the bank was working heavily against me. For instance , bank rep. refused... to allow me to let my mom pay off loan w/ her equity . Bank scammed me with false home of a loan modification, added extra fees, charged 10k for hazard ins. , etc . I told Ms. kuhn I also needed help in family court . She told me to focus . She was in a rush. The cost was 1500 that my mom covered for me so I could save my home . A few days later Ms. Kuhn advised me date &time was in family court . I felt as though she didn't want to be there . , I told her , I still want to do the bankruptcy. She said that it was too late. Approx. 30 days later a sheriff served me eviction papers. 12/31/15. I've been homeless ever since bc of physical limitations due to neck fracture ,back fracture , arthritis etc. In 2002, my dad built home 4 yrs before cancer killed him. I made good money at a restaurant I was employed at . All of my earnings went into my home. Approx. 175k for home & 150k to refinance paying off credit cards, radon machine , water unit , etc. I received 20k. I used to finish apartment in my lower level as my dad suggested so in the future I'd have extra income to help children education, taxes. I later hired a comp. To audit bank to find out that it was not legal what they did , that they made millions off it for investment., and it was not a hud loan , also title fraud, etc. After several attempts to Ms. Kuhn's office w/no respond, I decided to make a visit to her office on Airport Rd in Concord. I am intuitive . It crossed my mind Ms. Kuhn had made contact w/ my bank , Citizens Home Loans, bc of how quickly bank foreclosed & evicted me after my appt. W/ her. When I came into her office I noticed a very friendly Christmas card pinned to board & addressed for Sandra Kuhn by Citizens Home loans in Rhode Island . This was my direct bank & Is a conflict of interest . If I had a case (s) against bank , why have I been flagged as refuse to help . Now no one wants to help me. And I don't know how much money was made or who is paid off, but my daughter's are really suffering over it. My youngest daughter almost died as a result of homelessness and suicide. I lost everything if you dye I paid for the house. Now the bank sold my home for 82,002 an investor that is benefiting off all my equity. This is not right.. i'll never have an opportunity to ever have a house again because of my condition and I worked so hard for my home. I'm told that I have 20 years to sue the bank for everything that they did against the law, so why all of a sudden since my appointment with Ms. Kuhn is no one willing to help me. As a result of the traumatizing lifestyle, I'm forced to live a developed health problems, my credit has been destroyed., my daughter Amber's future to become a doctor has been taken from her and my daughter Kaylee to be a social worker that has been taken from her . I don't know what I did so wrong to this Bank to be so awfully evil to me. The only thing I can think of is that it wasn't fact an investment that made millions and they just wanted to close the account. Throw me out of my home so the case is deleted . all I'm asking is what belongs to me be returned. I was told by a lawyer in Massachusetts that he would take the case for 100,000 had I had my own equity which is belongs to me. I would be able to pay that. There were also several things and pictures the Bank . videos. I have also to show the serious devastation that not only this Bank has done, but those that were cooperating with the bank . I contacted Legal Aid they contacted family legal who set appt. She had already gone through my file. In less than a week said it was too late like cause damage was done? Was she helping the bank too?
