Attorney Balser has handled several matters for us over the past years. We ran into financial and health problems beginning over 6 years ago. She gave us her cell phone and told us we could reach her anytime day or night and weekends too. She did get us a modification and made the payment affordable. We stayed in our house for 3 more years but have now decided to move to Florida. She has now handled the short sale of our home. We were able to stay in the house for six months saving our mortgage payments to help with the move. The timing of the short sale closing was itself was perfect and conducted efficiently and professionally and, best of all not a single surprise! Oh yes there was one surprise and it was a great one. Our moving incentive went from $3000 to $10,000 because of a very recent change in the law that Attorney Balser knew about. She submitted a request that our approval be modified to include the higher payment and it was granted! We can really never thank you enough. But we do say thank you and God Bless.

I first hired this attorney to stop a foreclosure on our house about two years ago. I was very stressed and ashamed because I had been out of work. My wife and I were constantly fighting.
