I worked with Gail for over three years in my custody battle for my two children. Gail arrived at Court very prepared to handle every motion and even a contempt that my husband brought against me. I just finished a five year Chapter 13 Plan with this Attorney. Gail let me pay her monthly because I didn't have all the money to file in the beginning. Everything went fine in my bankruptcy for about two years. Then I fell behind in my mortgage payments. I was getting very nervous and finally ga...ve her a call. There is not doubt the lawyer could be effecient in defending your case but lpoor researching skills and a lust for $ is strickly what drives her poor representation of your case ,the delays in court proceedings .I believe the intial promises that were made are Gails famous quotes "I can an...d will" and having an excuse why the date isn't what promised any speech given is false because making money is all that justifies her core personality as lawyer You as client are irrelevant the case and time and $ you lost will reflect how the answer and I quote it's your fault that this hasn't happened or I need more *$ just research the other comments and believe in what has been in written previously reviews on this site are 100% accurate please research who and what this person has done don't listen to other lawyer reiviews endorsing this individual .You want to be taken advantage of and find to late then hire this individual who can't be accountable or trusted for adequate representation.Be start find a lawyer other than this attorney.
