Jerry

Hired this attorney to handle a Short Sale on my Home. She said she would take care of everything with the creditor and NOT TO WORRY. My wife and I PAID HER THE TOTAL FEE SHE REQUESTED. SHE TOOK OUR MONEY and RAN. Only to find out a year or so later that she was SUSPENDED FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS by ...the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from Practicing Law for 4 Years. It is my belief from reading about her Suspension in the Newspaper that she misappropriated client money to help bail out / finance her "Better Half's" Construction Company with some of his own Financial Scams and Issues. I probably got 3% moneys worth for her services that I paid her for. My wife and I actually had to come up with MORE out of pocket $ and hire another Firm to handle our Short Sale situation. Gail Balser Promised us the World, DELIVERED NOTHING !!!! RIPPED US OFF !!!

Highly Recommended

I was so lucky to have found Attorney Balser. I had made so many bad financial decisions over the years. Attorney Balser took all my worries away. I can not thank her and her staff enough for all their kindness. They are an amazing team. I was able to stay in my house for over a year and a half ...and save my money while she handled the short sale of my house from start to finish. I had liens on the property in addition to my mortgage and she was still able to get the sale approved without it costing me a penny. She was very patient and explained every step and kept me in my house longer than I ever imagined was possible. She even made sure I had moving expenses when the house was sold. After my short sale was done she handled my bankruptcy to eliminate all my credit cards. I couldn't believe how quick and easy the hearing was. I am finely debt free and can get a new start in life. All of her legal fees were explained upfront very reasonable. She never tried to charge me anything extra. I will be indebted to her forever.

Bankruptcy and Short Sale - Financial Problems

Attorney Balser has handled several matters for us over the past years. We ran into financial and health problems beginning over 6 years ago. She very expertly handled our bankruptcy to help relieve the immediate debt problems and lawsuits we had. Our hearing was only minutes long. It was clear th...at it went very smoothly because of all the preparation in advance. We saw other people at the hearing whose attorneys had not provided all the documents to the trustee and they were very lengthy. I was so glad we had chosen Attorney Balser. She let us pay her monthly because we couldn't pay for her services all at once. About a year after that was complete my husband had a medical problem which left him unable to work consistently. Our mortgage fell behind. We retainer her again to try and save our house. It took a couple years because my husbands income was so uncertain and changing. She never charged us more than she originally told us even though I know she had to do double the work because my husbands income kept fluctuating.. She was pro-active in dealing with all these issues before they could become problems. She was incredibly quick at returning emails or phone calls. She gave us her cell phone and told us we could reach her anytime day or night and weekends too. She did get us a modification and made the payment affordable. We stayed in our house for 3 more years but have now decided to move to Florida. She has now handled the short sale of our home. We were able to stay in the house for six months saving our mortgage payments to help with the move. The timing of the short sale closing was itself was perfect and conducted efficiently and professionally and, best of all not a single surprise! Oh yes there was one surprise and it was a great one. Our moving incentive went from $3000 to $10,000 because of a very recent change in the law that Attorney Balser knew about. She submitted a request that our approval be modified to include the higher payment and it was granted! We can really never thank you enough. But we do say thank you and God Bless.

Super Happy

Just closed on the short sale of our home. The banks fought us all the way but Attorney Balser and her staff worked relentlessly with both our banks to get our sale approved. No need to file a bankruptcy and we are free of the banks debt. Couldn't ask for a harder working and more knowledgeable te...am. Thanks for everything.

Not worth the time!!

I met Gail after my real-estate company came into some financial issues. After meeting with her, and she telling me everything I wanted to hear. I retained her law firm with a sizeable deposit. I started receiving letters from banks that needed timely replys, I called, emailed several days and weeks. ...Finally got in touch with her, said she would file paperwork to stop the bank from taking 10 of my properties, that never happened and I lost them. this woman has no clue, and should not be a lawyer. I will continue to right rewievs until I at least get my money back from her.
