Bankruptcy is 2011

I recently found out that a discharged lender was still effecting my credit report adversely. Chris did my bankruptcy in 2011 so I called him and asked him for advice. Within an hour he responded back to me with how to address issue and also drafted an email to send to the lender. He did this after a...ll these years and did not expect additional payment. He is a true professional and a class act.

Credit problems that occur post bankruptcy happen more frequently than you would think. I see the issue all the time and try to help former clients get the problem fixed. And if the credit bureau doesn't fix the problem then we sue them!

Very Helpful

I have been having a continual problem with my brand new car, and did not know what to do. I contacted Christopher about pursuing a lemon lawsuit and he was extremely helpful in the steps I should take, and provided me with some great, free, advice over the phone.

Its amazing the number of people who purchase a new car and experience serious problems thereafter. Dealers are wonderful as long as the car has no problems. If the vehicle has problems then the dealer tells you that it is not their problem and suggest that you contact the manufacturer. When I retire, I am going to write a book about my lemon law type client experiences!

A principled lawyer does exist!

To put it simply, Christopher Lefebvre is the only lawyer who called me back. A sad reality when it’s not a big $ case yet Chris still took the time to review my situation.
