I entered into Chapter 13 bankruptcy with another lawyer, but as I got into negotiating with my Trustee, I found out much more about how the Trustee would be reviewing my income and finances during the bankruptcy that my Lawyer did not communicate to me. In October of 2010 my wife and I were faced with the realization that we would have to declare bankruptcy.
