Knowing I would be in the fight of my life when I filed for divorce in December 2012, I chose to retain top dollar representation from Providence overlooking Pawtucket Family Law thinking they may not have the resources to handle a divorce that would undoubtedly a lengthy and relentless battle knowin...g the personality and resources of my then wife. I did approach Pawtucket Family Law during my initial search but unfortunately I did not meet with Chris. With a less than stellar legal representation, unengaged general magistrate and vexatious defendant, it was the perfect storm and after 20 months and an exorbitant amount of legal expenses, the divorce was finalized. Although the divorce was final, the fight would never be so I began to seek new representation which is when I returned to Pawtucket Family Law and met Chris. During my search I had spoken to several other lawyers but Chris was different from all the others. He genuinely showed interest in my situation and went above and beyond getting familiar with my divorce and my situation. Given what I was accustomed to, uninterested layers and outrageous legal fees, it was a relief to find an attorney who expressed a genuine interest and was realistic and reasonable with the cost to address existing or new issues. Regardless of the time or day, Chris is responsive and tells it how it is. You may not always like what you hear but he doesn't hold back any punches and explains his reasoning. Would I recommend Chris? I have and will always without hesitation. Will I continue to seek his counsel with unfortunately but undoubtedly many more years of legal woes ahead? Absolutely. The only advice I can provide someone considering Chris is to be straight forward, upfront, forthcoming, and honest with him and your experience will be a positive and even in some respect, an enjoyable one. I have been through a lot that many cannot or could not believe so having found the right attorney has made a world of difference. Having someone who is willing to fight for you and believe you is extremely important and you will find that with Chris. Divorce can be wicked and stressful enough, having the right person beside you and representing you is critical. Chris is that person.

I have sued, been sued, bought homes, sold homes, bought businesses, sold businesses, been close to bankruptcy and on top of all that been divorced. I am no stranger to lawyers, legal issues and courtrooms. I first came to know Chris by seeking a divorce attorney. I paid a fair fee to Chris for my divorce and coudln't ask for a better outcome. Fact of the matter is, usually both divorce parties end up unahappy for various reasons. But, I actually got everything I hoped for at the end of the proceedings. I then used Chris for a real estate matter and that worked out perfectly. I am currently using him in another civil matter, and I am happy with how it is moving forward. Chris is the ONLY attorney I have dealt with who understands the importance of answering questions quickly and concisely. I intend to use Chris on any legal matter going forward. He is a straight shooter, and one of the few lawyers I truly believe cares and fights on my behalf. Highly recommended.

I spoke with Chris regarding a complicated bankruptcy question. He took the time to understand the situation and was patient enough to answer all my questions. He explained things in easy to understand language. He spent over 30 minutes with me totally free of charge and told me specifically how t...o proceed.
