On the last Wednesday of May 2014 I had an appointment for a free consultation to be able to present my case to Mr. Lefebvre in regards to a potential lemon law violation. From the moment I was called upon politely by the staff as I walked in and sat in the waiting room which was a very brief time I ...should mention, I was slightly nervous as to how this experience will result. After sitting in his office and was told to explain why I was there, I gave all the specific details of my unfortunate buying experience at a particular car dealership and the lack of follow up on the dealerships behalf in exercising the 90 day warranty which was included in the purchase of the car and also less than 90 days of the purchase, also by me being in business management for over 7 years I know the owner of the dealership could have accommodated me in a painless fashion. Being a novice in presenting my case and dealing with law, unfortunately I did not bring all the proper documentation that would allow Mr. Lefebvre to have a clearer picture of this scenario in which at that time immediately after felt as if I missed my chance in being coherent while presenting all pieces of information during the consultation.
