Chris was very helpful, and saved me money

I got ahead of myself, thinking i needed to file bankruptcy, and/or at least start with a debt workout with my creditors. Chris refused to take my money, and told me that i needed to wait several months to even think about taking action. I appreciate his honesty, and helpfulness. If i do reach the po...int of needing him, i will be retaining his services.

There are many people that I meet that seem to think that bankruptcy is going to solve all of their problems. Bankruptcy does address many problems in a positive manner. But there are many people that I consult with that don't need to file bankruptcy. If so, I will without hesitation tell them not to file.

Professional Attorney

I hired Mr Lefebvre to help me same my house. As a result I filed a chapter 12 bankruptcy case. It was extremely successful. Mr Lefebvre and his staff were extremely responsive to emails. My family was in a rough financial situation and we now are finally able to see light. Recently the mortgage comp...any was giving us a hard time about the modification we obtained in the bankruptcy and he took care of the problem immediately. He is a good honest lawyer.

A foreclosure can be a very scary and frightening thing. We try to do our best to work with clients to avoid this outcome. A chapter 13 bankruptcy filing is a good way to halt foreclosure proceedings and allow a family to re-organize and get back on track with their financial responsibilities. I’m glad that things worked out for you. Not every case is as successful.

Divorce/ bankruptcy

I started my divorce and bankruptcy case with a different attorney who wasn’t able to mee my needs. I switched to Chris who was outstanding and very knowledgeable! He always responded promptly to my emails and calls and was always there to assist with any concerns I had. Chris helped me settle my div...orce case and I received everything I had asked for in my divorce settlement!! I highly recommend him!!

There are not many attorneys that understand the complexities of a simultaneous bankruptcy and divorce filing. I am fortunate that my late father encouraged me to be knowledgeable in both of these areas of the law. I have a reputation of being the go to person in this scenario. Highly recommend

I had never been through bankruptcy before and was very nervous and didn’t know anything about it. Christopher met me in a days notice explained the entire process to me and helped me understand and feel much more comfortable throughout the entire process.. I highly recommend him!!!
