Professional Attorney
I hired Mr Lefebvre to help me same my house. As a result I filed a chapter 12 bankruptcy case. It was extremely successful. Mr Lefebvre and his staff were extremely responsive to emails. My family was in a rough financial situation and we now are finally able to see light. Recently the mortgage comp...
A foreclosure can be a very scary and frightening thing. We try to do our best to work with clients to avoid this outcome. A chapter 13 bankruptcy filing is a good way to halt foreclosure proceedings and allow a family to re-organize and get back on track with their financial responsibilities. I’m glad that things worked out for you. Not every case is as successful.
