my Chapter 13 plan became too complicated for my existing attorney. I was not getting any answers and there was no plan on how to move forward. Nobody goes through a divorce and says, "it was no big deal." It's a fairly traumatic experience and as such makes a person vulnerable perhaps to the point of exploitation.
