An Excellent Results-Oriented Lawyer
Bankruptcy is not a pleasant situation. I suffered a painful set of circumstances beyond my control due to a serious health issue which eventually led to the loss of my employment with an excellent company. Ironically, my husband’s consulting contract was canceled when the company he serviced was sol...

You Were A Lifesaver!
I first hired Christopher six years ago to handle my bankruptcy. It was probably one of the lowest points of my life doing this . I felt like I failed. When I met Chris and his support staff Maria and Giselle they all made me feel better about my situation and guided me through the whole process. Chr...

Bankruptcy is 2011
I recently found out that a discharged lender was still effecting my credit report adversely. Chris did my bankruptcy in 2011 so I called him and asked him for advice. Within an hour he responded back to me with how to address issue and also drafted an email to send to the lender. He did this after a...
Credit problems that occur post bankruptcy happen more frequently than you would think. I see the issue all the time and try to help former clients get the problem fixed. And if the credit bureau doesn't fix the problem then we sue them!

A lifesaver
My husband and I had 2 terrible attorneys in our foreclosure and Bankruptcy case resulting in the auction of our home. We were at our end when Chris and his firm were recommended to possibly help, script all going inChris was able to get our house back!!! Something we believed was impossible I wish ...
Erin, I am glad things did work out for you and your husband. Finding that little defect buried in the paperwork did help in unwinding the foreclosure. Far too many lawyers that market themselves as bankruptcy attorneys know very little about the intricacies of chapter 13 cases which can inadvertently hurt a consumer. Chapter 13 is a totally different world than traditional chapter 7 cases. I have been doing these types of cases for 30 years so I think I have all the issues covered for my clients. I'm glad things worked out well for you.
"I endorse this lawyer. Chris is a great Bankruptcy and Divorce lawyer with vast knowledge and experience."
"I endorse this lawyer. Attorney Lefebvre is one of the finest attorneys in RI. I highly recommend his legal services."
"I gladly and strongly endorse this lawyer. Chris knows lemon law (and lots more). He has had some spectacular court victories. His clients like him and lawyers respect him. But more than anything else, he wins. You put all that together and what you have is an attorney you want on your side every time. I highly respect him and endorse him to you."
