Excellent Lawyer always prepared he represent me in a chapter 13/chapter 7 case
I sat down with one of his lawyers, he took all the notes. Once the chapter 13 was ready he sat down with us and explain to us what could happen with the case. When we had questions he was ready to respond them. After chapter 13 was not approved, he call us in the office and sat down with us discussi...

Lemon Law Consultation
I will not recommend Christopher M. Lefebvre to be someone's lawyer what so ever. Right from the beginning i felt like hanging up on him because of his tone of voice coming across like an attitude and he wouldn't let me get a word it what so ever. I wanted him to help me continue a case and he told m...
I am sorry you felt that way. I don’t know your name but remember the phone call well. Obviously I have a different perspective about the conversation. I hope you find another lawyer that can help you. Lemon law cases can be very emotional and frustrating for clients. A consumer spends money on a vehicle and expects it to operate properly. Then when it doesn’t, the consumer often times gets jerked around by the repair person, dealer or most times both. And to add insult to injury, the laws really are not as consumer friendly as one might think. Lawyers that do this type of work and who take-so called cold calls from potential clients try to quickly and efficiently figure out if the person has some possible claim and if the lawyer is able to help them. When someone calls me out of the blue for information about any matter I always ask questions during the colluqy which may seem to be interruptive to the client. I do it so I make sure I understand sufficient facts and circumstances so I can provide some basic advice. Though I don’t remember any of the specifics of your situation, I know I listened carefully and answered your questions truthfully and honestly. When I realized that you were already involved in court litigation and appeared that things were not going in your favor , I did in fact make it perfectly clear to you that I was not interested in taking over your case. Perhaps you found that offensive. I can understand that. However, a private lawyer most certainly has the right to choose which cases he or she is interested in taking. Having done this type of work for many years, I find it challenging enough to be the first string attorney and do not enjoy getting involved in a case that is already pending where things are not going well for the consumer.

Terribly Arrogant! Stay Away
I met with Christopher regarding a possible bankruptcy filing. From the moment I sat down, he was the most arrogant, condescending, demeaning creep I have ever encountered. I went to him as a last resort to save my family home. I have to say, I'm educated, but was in a tough financial situation wi...

"I gladly and strongly endorse this lawyer. Chris knows lemon law (and lots more). He has had some spectacular court victories. His clients like him and lawyers respect him. But more than anything else, he wins. You put all that together and what you have is an attorney you want on your side every time. I highly respect him and endorse him to you."
