Workplace Separation & Severance Package Negotiation

I reached out to Howard for an initial consultation regarding my work separation and severance package. I was impressed by his level of care and attention—he requested to review relevant documents in advance and encouraged me to ask the company for any additional materials that might be pertinent to ...my case. The turnaround time was excellent. During our initial discovery session, I never felt rushed; he was honest and transparent about the likelihood of success based on what I had in mind. While he did not believe the case was likely to succeed, he still provided valuable insights and flagged important considerations I should be mindful of.

Separation Engagement

Howard was a huge help while I was negotiating an agreement to separate from a long term company. He spent time to understand my concerns, dug deep into the details of the multitude of contracts and was instrumental in identifying the areas that needed attention. I felt he was always available, ver...y attentive and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Professional, fast, and got a great outcome

Howard understood the issue I was dealing with and understood the laws around it very well. He was professional throughout the entire process, offered great candid advice, and ultimately got me the outcome I was looking for. I would recommend his services 100%. He has a lot of experience in employmen...t law and it shows from the moment you start working with him. If you are an employer, he is the last person you would want to have representing your employee.
