Workplace Separation & Severance Package Negotiation

I reached out to Howard for an initial consultation regarding my work separation and severance package. I was impressed by his level of care and attention—he requested to review relevant documents in advance and encouraged me to ask the company for any additional materials that might be pertinent to ...my case. The turnaround time was excellent. During our initial discovery session, I never felt rushed; he was honest and transparent about the likelihood of success based on what I had in mind. While he did not believe the case was likely to succeed, he still provided valuable insights and flagged important considerations I should be mindful of.

Best employment lawyer in the country

Employer who hired Atty. Brown for a difficult termination

Hired Atty. Brown for a difficult employee termination, He was always quick to respond to phone calls or emails. Provided through explanations of next steps and brought matter to a satisfactory conclusion. Would recommend to other employers looking for legal counsel.

Wage Act Violation Case

I was fortunate to have Howard as my counsel. I had never taken someone to court prior to this case and Howard made it the process very simple. My wage act case was an unusual one, as it didn't fit a boiler plate of previous cases. Howard found cases that weren't my exact situation, but he thought al...igned with my issue, and how those results might be applicable to my own case. I had multiple conversations with Howard throughout the case, and with those conversations, I always felt he was there to make sure I understood all aspects of the case. This included understanding the methodology of the case, various steps and what those step(s) meant, breaking down lawyer lingo into layman terminology and supplementing potential case scenarios as we worked toward a solution. I appreciated his patience explaining items I didn't fully comprehend. I had not done a deposition prior to this case, I was nervous. However, Howard educated me with tutorial videos, documentation and we practiced a Q&A sessions leading up to it. I felt comfortable when the time came for me to give my deposition. Reflecting back on the case, I must mention how easy to communicate and work with Howard through the whole process. He would make time whenever I had questions or concerns. I got a chance to know him a little better as we worked through the case, frankly very happy to have met him and had him represent me. Howard Brown is a great lawyer and solid guy!
