Separation Engagement

Howard was a huge help while I was negotiating an agreement to separate from a long term company. He spent time to understand my concerns, dug deep into the details of the multitude of contracts and was instrumental in identifying the areas that needed attention. I felt he was always available, ver...y attentive and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Responsive and thoughtful

From my "quick questions" to contract review Howard has always been responsive, thoughtful and provided excellent guidance and knowledge in the employment law realm. Pricing for services received is affordable and well worth the investment.

Excellent Attorney

Howard was introduced to us to help settle a contract dispute. Despite being new to us, he was able to quickly dig into the details of a complex situation and help evaluate the risks and returns of different options to settle the dispute. He then helped us navigate a very contentious negotiation by... simplifying the discussions and maintaining a focus on the goal of getting to a reasonable settlement that would be acceptable to both sides. We greatly appreciated his coaching during the negotiation, as well as his honest and thoughtful demeanor. This was an important matter for our little company, and he helped us get it resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner. We absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of representation with employment law matters.

Employee Agreement and Legal Responses

We have now had the pleasure of working with Howard on multiple occasions. The first time was when we needed to quickly respond to a cease and desist letter and the second was for reviewing and enhancing our employee agreement contract. Howard is great to work with because he is a no-nonsense k...ind of person. He gets right to the point, clearly explains the situation, and then discusses possible options of how to approach the situation. His legal writing is thorough, informative, and clear. He delivers quality work and is very responsive. We've worked with various attorneys in the past, and the experiences certainly have been mixed, but I can say with certainty that we will continue working with Howard in the future. We highly recommend Howard for employment legal services.

Wonderful experience (severance agreement)

I hired Howard to help me with a severance agreement with my current company. Although this was my first foray with such agreements, I regularly work with lawyers on contractual matters, and found Howard to be an excellent lawyer bringing a lot of experience with severance agreements. The whole exper...ience was highly professional from the first exchange about availability/rates down to the payment process. Howard was able to help me finalize a complex agreement in a few days, rapidly turning around drafts and providing insights/feedback at each step. Total support amounted to 3.7 hours (2.4hrs of review/drafting and 1.3hrs of calls). I would highly recommend Howard to anyone needing help with a severance agreement.
