Attorney Abbas received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Minored in Communication Studies from Suffolk University. Attorney Abbas continued his education at Suffolk University Law School where he received his Juris Doctor and graduated cum laude.
While in law school, Attorney Abbas received recognition for his writing and oral advocacy. Furthermore, he was awarded the Jurisprudence Award in his Professional Responsibility course. In addition, while in law school, Attorney Abbas joined the Educational Advocacy Clinic which gave him the opportunity to represent students at disciplinary hearings and assist students who where wrongfully being denied an education.
