Matthew Paul Hranitz

I was given Mr. Hranitz name by the MA ABA. We discussed the possibility of representation. He did examine my case at the court. However it took well over 6 weeks to finally get a response from him. Since the court date is now less than two weeks that leaves me little time to come up with an alternat...ive. Below is his email after I had tried to reach him on numerous occasions. All I expected was a response. The purpose of this e-mail is to make clear that I have not agreed to represent you on any matter in the Probate and Family Courts or otherwise. While I understand you have some legal concerns, I am not available and will not be available to represent your interests. I will not consider any further communication on this topic. If you feel that you genuinely need assistance and are unable to afford a lawyer I implore you to contact the Massachusetts Bar Association and inquire about the availability of pro bono services.
