Marco Sandonato

My personal experience with Marco was exactly what you'd want it to be. I contacted him, he gave me a fair and realistic expectation of how my case might go, and he got it DONE! I did not have to do any legwork (he did everything) and he got me a result that put me at great ease - I was extremely stressed but his advice and presence was absolutely critical. My issue was that I needed to disentangled my daughter from some sublease tenants and it was a delicate matter involving roommates. Of course, as a dad I wanted someone who was perfectly capable with no margin for error. Marco's charges are very reasonable, and I'm very happy that I worked with him though I had other options. In retrospect I would have done nothing differently, except perhaps called Marco earlier ! I realized that a great attorney can really go an incredibly long way. Marco also has the benefit of having a lot of incredible experience in the Boston Housing market. Marco is a great value and I personally am very happy that I dealt with him. I would not hesitate to recommend him, though I do have very high standards.
