An early mentor of mine once told me that the key to a successful practice was never to lose sight of the client's interest and to always put the client first. The rest, she said, inevitably falls into place. It was, and still is, fantastic advice from an accomplished leader. I run my practice by this philosophy. Whether I'm serving an individual or a corporation, a family business or a large franchise, I always take time to communicate with my clients to evalute, assess and re assess goals and expectations. As someone who has grown up in a family of business owners I understand the value of exceeding clients expectations.
I'm very fortunate to be in a profession that allows me to do what I love; help others with their problems and needs. My clients have come to know this and they have also come to know something else; that they always come first.

I had a very problematic tenant. Attorney Sandonato was able to get this tenant to vacate the property prior to going to housing court. This saved me significant money and time. I would very much recommend using him in eviction / problem tenant situations.

Atty Marco Sandonato helped me with a housing situation pertaining to my mom Hewas a good listener, he was as open and honest and followed through. He was responsive, kept his word and showed compassion. I'd definitely use his services again should any other housing situations arise.

After we had become homeowners of a unit in a three-unit Townhouse, we learned of the wrongdoings of the previous owner of our unit and the owners of the other two condominiums. Right from the start Marco Sandonato reassured us that everything was going to be ok. He took the time to explain to us...

Marco was very helpful and told me exactly what to expect. He talked me through the procedure and was empathetic when I got a bit emotional. He was always on time, professional, and truly helpful to my case. His services were invaluable.

"Marco is a diligent and thoughtful attorney who I can definitely recommend for state, local and municipal law matters. I have personally never met anyone with more knowledge and understanding of the Gift Card Act than Marco, and I have personally sought his counsel on that subject. He also happens to be an excellent deal maker, and an all-around great guy."
