I had the house (free and clear), wife had the credit rating to get a HELOC so we could pursue a business venture. I quit claim'd the deed to a joint tenancy o...ne (bad mistake) and she got a HELOC ON MY HOUSE!. Wife soon soured on the business venture and emptied what was left in the HELOC account. Suasan Castleton Ryan should retire. She thinks she is better than she is. She will speak to you like she understands the law. But in court, she hardly spoke up for me. As a result, I lost a lot of money on the sale of the marital home. Susan has limited knowledge on finaces and will lose yur m...oney and smile and take your money for months. Case should have been a few months, instead it lasted over a year.

Be careful not to hire this lawyer. She lies and is less knowledgable about the law than a cook in a fast food restaurant. She only cares about herself and will lie to your face. She seems nice at first, but once the case is in process, you will undersand what I am saying. She should retire and go... get a job at The Paper Store.
