Biography
I am a workers’ compensation attorney at Brooks Law, where I represent injured workers navigating the Massachusetts workers’ compensation system. My practice focuses on helping individuals who have been hurt on the job secure the benefits they need to recover and move forward, whether through negotiation, administrative hearings, or litigation.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Economics from Saint Michael’s College, where I developed a strong foundation in critical thinking and problem-solving. I later received my Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law, where I concentrated my studies in workers’ compensation and injury law. During law school, I focused on developing both strong legal analysis skills and the ability to communicate complex legal issues in a clear and practical way.
At Brooks Law, I work closely with clients to help them understand their rights under the workers’ compensation system. Workplace injuries often create uncertainty and stress, and I believe it is important that clients feel informed and supported throughout the legal process. I assist clients with workers’ compensation claims, denied benefits, settlement negotiations, and hearings before administrative bodies, always with the goal of helping them obtain the benefits they are entitled to under the law.
My approach to practicing law is centered on clarity, consistency, and strong client advocacy. Workers’ compensation cases can involve complicated procedures and legal standards, but I focus on guiding clients step by step so they can make informed decisions about their cases.
I take pride in being a steady advocate for injured workers during what is often one of the most challenging periods in their lives. Helping clients move forward after a workplace injury is the most meaningful part of my work.
