I met Bruce the day I got fired from my position as clinician at a drug treatment center. I was in the process of going on FMLA from my job due to the loss of my son. At that time myself and my coworker who had the same duties were out on performance plans. Due to our high caseload fulfilling the... plan was impossible, so I decided I needed to take a step back and go out for a while.
