I had a small problem that and entity sent me, telling me to stay off of their properties. I was concerned that it was a legal matter with the local courts. After speaking with the attorney, I learned it is just a treat form this business and not form a court of law at this time.

Reliable and fair
Bruce set up a small trust for handling a seller financed mortgage and handled the legal and most of the fiduciary responsibilities over a 7 year period for the the sellers. He did a great job and everyone on both sides of the transactions were happy with the results.
