Immediate attention

I called Mr. Bace, he answered on the second ring and immediately had time for my question. I had a concern about an employment separation and explained my situation in depth. Mr. Bace took the time to listen and to explain the situation was not actionable and the reasons why. He also outlined ...some follow up questions I should ask my employer, that I did not consider, and he offered to be available in future if my situation changed. He was very easy to speak with and thorough with his explanations.

Great Attorney

Attorney Bace helped me with a wage violation committed by my former employer. He was very kind and listened to everything I had to say. He was very knowledgable about the wage laws and immediately contacted my former employer. Two weeks later I had a settlement check in hand which was 100% of what w...as owed to me. It was a rough couple of weeks with no income and three children to support. He did everything right and my family and I are very greatful! Thanks Attorney Bace. The Bradley Family

Dedicated Professional

Attorney Bace is truly one of the most dedicated professionals I have worked with - such a commitment to excellence. He is extremely knowledge and incredibly articulate. He kept me informed every step of the way and guided me with his expertise and wisdom. Attorney Bace always made me feel that my c...ase was THE priority: he always took the time for me; promptly returned any phone call or email, and always followed up with written correspondence. In the end - the result was victorious on my behalf - which was a great result - but the true victory was in finding a lawyer that had such dedication to the case and his profession.

Corporate Lawyer

I hired Michael Bace to form the corporate entity for my business. He worked diligently to understand both the nature of my business and the nature of my relationship with my business partner. Most importantly, Michael worked hard to help us understand the value of disassociating our personal and p...rofessional affairs. He was quick to circulate a draft operating agreement, and then very responsive to our questions and concerns. Ultimately, Michael produced an agreement that is specific enough to address the nature of our business in its current state, yet flexible enough to address the needs of a growing entity that is constantly adding executive-level employees. Furthermore, he dealt with the filing process quickly and efficiently, which was an unexpected bonus. We are very satisfied clients and continue to utilize his services in several ways. I highly recommend Michael Bace and would be happy to speak with anyone looking for legal counsel in MA. He is experienced and capable in many regards, and he is always my first call.
