Lou Daniel Saban

I needed Lou to help me receive payment from a former employer for commission unpaid. No other law office would take my case because they deemed it risky without much of a payoff. However, Lou and his partner Tom were willing to at least send a demand letter. I was very impressed with their demand le...tter: it was written in such a way that it made a long, complicated situation easy to understand and completely obvious that the employer was at fault. No wonder the former employer's legal team immediately reached out to settle. However, Lou and Tom did not take the easy way. When the legal team wanted me to sign a non-disclosure and other documents, they recommended we ask the employer to pay more for those requests.
