Deep appreciation & highly satisfied

I was facing a difficult legal challenge with a past employer, and I interviewed several firms until receiving a reference to speak with Lou. The differentiators that set Lou apart from the rest were brilliantly clear from our first meeting. He listened to the details, both in the words, and in betw...een them. He has true mastery of the law and case histories and they stay abreast of new and pending cases, decisions, and legislation, at the local and national level, as well as the social and political trends that influence the legal process. He personally knows, and is adept at working with, the people and the delicate nuances of the processes, the mediation systems, the commissions and agencies, the courts, and all the other law firms. I was carefully guided and informed every step of the way and I was consistently impressed with the level of attention I received, the promptness of their actions and feedback, and the outstanding quality of the research and communications they produced to fight for my case. When it came down to the tough negotiations, Lou was both strategically and tactically outstanding. I am completely satisfied with the results, grateful to have Lou on my side, and most willing to recommend Lou to anyone needing the BEST of employment law representation.

Great to work with

Lou along with his partner were excellent attorneys in my book. In my case, I only had to meet with them for literally 10 minutes, in which he gathered information and put a great case together. A month later, I got what I deserved. Our relationship continues, as I recommend clients to them, and i lo...ok forward to working with them again. Lou as an individual was quick to work with and was able to keep up to speed. Most importantly, he periodically updates me on the case and keeps good communication.

Run...fast

Like Ken, I can't get Tom to respond. I will, however, say Lou does respond. I'll give him that, but I was supposed to receive my monies a month ago, and have not received anything as I write this. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This all started when they, Tom and Lou, eavesdropped on a conversation I was havin...g with someone else, and they "felt" they could handle. Like a fool, I signed with them. Well, as fate would have it, Lou kept trying to change the terms of the agreement. I agreed three times, and it still wasn't enough. Here I am, more than three months later trying to get my money. I guess, at this point, the best advice I can give about Tom and Lou is to run...fast

Zero professional communication skills and returned my settlement check to my employer rather get my proper address.

Not only does this lawyer never answer his calls by a human voice and or phone, you have to leave a message. Then maybe if you are lucky you get an emailed response. Professionalism NOPE. When my case was settled him and/or his partner both got paid 1/3 of my settlement fees plus I paid the filin...g fees and my checks were returned to the DEFENDANT, my employer. So my release contract stated I would be paid within 10 business days. Today is business day 19 and I have still not been paid my settlement funds. My regular personal attorney called my employer and they returned the mail back into the postal system. Also according to the MA BAR this lawyer DOES NOT even have malpractice insurance!!! I DON'T recommend as his twitter handle states he is a full time bar tender and part time lawyer. Not impressed by professionalizm.
