Attorney Wind very successfully handled a complicated civil case for me 2019 to 2021 . Help with Contracts
What can be done when your contractor has not completed all aspects of the contract and seems to be avoiding attempts to contact him and resolve the issue? Call Lawrence A. Wind of Davagian Grillo & Semple LLP for advice about your legal options. Mr. Wind was able to persuade our contractor to complete the contract without going to court, and we highly recommend him.

Shoulder injury on the job
Mr Wind represented me on accidental disability retirement case and he was a true professional from the first day I met him.There was an issue with the insurance company handling my case reducing my workers compensation weekly check by a few hundred dollars and Mr Wind made the appropriate calls to get me what I deserved.He could not have been more professional it was a true pleasure working with him and I will recommend him to everyone I know who needs a good reputable lawyer.

Caring, considerate and the best person for the job

Awesome experience
My wife was in a severe car accident. The other driver was at fault and cited by the responding P.D. We Hired Attorney Lawrence Wind. He was referred by a friend who had hired him before. He was professional, he kept us informed along the way, we knew exactly what to expect and our case was resolved to our satisfaction. It was hard enough dealing with my wife's injury and surgery. Attorney Wind made dealing with the insurance companies a breeze. (No pun intended.) we would definitely use his services again, if needed.

Mr. wind took a case 3 years ago, for my child and I. It was a long road, but he reassured and kept the case strong the whole time. He always kept me updated with the case. My experience with Lawrence Wind
A former tenant had sued me for over 1 million Dollars at the Boston Superior Court, falsely accusing me of various charges. The case dragged on for nearly 3 years. I hired Lawrence to represent me. He worked with me doggedly. We went thru all kind of process - depositions, filing many motions, numerous meetings with me. There was a jury trial in January 2015. The jury found myself "not guilty" of all charges. Lawrence is an excellent lawyer. He is very knowldgable regarding "tenant landlord" matters/laws; intelligent; very polite & friendly; has very strong memory; is very methodical; is very honest. He did a lot of research on many issues - on my behalf. He is a very good trial lawyer also.

Excellent!
Lawrence went above and beyond as my attorney. I was injured in a car accident that happened while I was working, so the case classified as both worker's compensation and personal injury. Lawrence was able to meet with me at my home for our initial consultation as I was unable to drive at that time. He was always willing to make everything as easy for me as possible. After being out of work for 10 months and having surgery to correct the injury, my worker's compensation case was settled about 1 month after surgery and personal injury settled about 7 months after surgery. During this time Lawrence was always readily available to answer any questions or concerns I had while keeping me frequently updated on the status of both cases. I would eagerly refer anyone dealing with a personal injury or worker's compensation to Lawrence Wind. He is an excellent attorney and the outcome of both cases were best case scenarios.
