After being arrested and charged with an OUI and marked lanes violation, I was concerned my career would be in jeopardy. I was lucky enough to be referred to Attorney McNaught, who presented what the entire process would entail and set my mind at ease. He listened to my case and laid out the pros and cons of a trial or plea. He offered professional, experienced advice that allowed me to decide which option was the best for my personal situation.
After I decided to accept a plea, Attorney McNaught laid out what I could expect from the prosecutor well in advance of my hearing date. He discussed my case with the ADA prior to it being called and was able to assure the state's recommendation was favorable for me.
Attorney McNaught gave me top-notch personalized care and answered all of my many questions along the way. He performed the services for what is a very reasonable price, and I would consider it worth every penny. I would absolutely recommend Attorney McNaught for any sort of legal matter that may arise.

I have know Teddy professionally for over 7 years. As a practicing attorney for over 20 years I do not hesitate to refer my clients to him when I have a conflict or the case is outside my field of expertise. None of my clients or I have ever been disappointed with the results he achieves. I would highly recommend Teddy as an outstanding lawyer.

My son and I met Mr. McNaught 2 1/2 years ago for a malicious vandalism case (compliments of my son and his friends) one of which was an adult. The case was unique and complex involving other "co-defendants". From the initial meeting I thought my son had hit the jack pot with nothing less than what I can describe as a "professional pit bull". Mr. McNaught is professional, accommodating and will leave no stone unturned in pursue of the best outcome!
Regardless of race, background or socio-economic status you are getting a first class criminal lawyer! I'm guessing he got an "A" in debate class because he will argue a case like no one else in town! He has my sincere respect and gratitude!
