I needed Lou to help me receive payment from a former employer for commission unpaid. No other law office would take my case because they deemed it risky without much of a payoff. I was very impressed with their demand le...tter: it was written in such a way that it made a long, complicated situation easy to understand and completely obvious that the employer was at fault. When the legal team wanted me to sign a non-disclosure and other documents, they recommended we ask the employer to pay more for those requests. In the end, they even helped with the way I was paid and how I was going to be taxed on the payout. I received more than I was expecting, and am extremely grateful for Lou and Tom's help.
