We began working with Kevin Seaver over the summer regarding a false claim of negligence and emotional/physical abuse of our teenage daughter. She has been diagnosed with mental health disorders and legal blindness, which prevents her from doing what normal teenagers (almost adult) do. The false alle...gation was that we (her biological mother and father) had abused her physically as a child and were actively emotionally abusing her presently in that we prevented her from doing what she wanted to do, and admonished her for her disabilities. Our daughter also made false allegations about living in poor conditions where drugs and alcohol were prevalent. These allegations were blatantly false.
