I am a current client who recently reached out to Attorney Kevin Patrick Seaver in the fall/winter season to represent me with a dcf family matter involving my child. Called my phone and talked about how he couldnt help us due to low income. that it would look bad if he showed up in a big fancy suit. That we should just go with the free lawyer we get with the case. Didn't give me much advice at all. Pretty much felt like we were spit on for having low income. Didn...'t ask how much we made or anything either or what our finicals looked like. All in all would say if you don't have money he wont help your family. Sounds like its all about the money, I know its a business but dang could have helped with info on what we should do and what not.

Kevin Seaver is one of the best lawyers to have in your corner when DCF is in your life. It’s unheard of for a lawyer of his status to provide a flat rate in terms of fees for legal counsel. Doesn’t charge hourly, it’s a flat rate. If he charged hourly, he would make far more money. But it’s not abou...t money for Kevin. Unfortunately, I had to call Attorney Kevin Seaver due to retaliation of a tenant at a scattered site shelter I was placed in. She left drug paraphernalia in our shared bathroom where my 4 and 6 year old found it.
